We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Support sales team with administrative tasks and client communications
• Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
• Assist with CRM updates, reports, and event planning coordination
• Respond to basic client inquiries and provide property information
• Help organize site visits, trade shows, and marketing materials

• 1–2 years in hotel admin or sales support
• Detail-oriented and strong with emails and scheduling
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and time management
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude
