• Manage warm listing and buyer appointments
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations, market analyses, and open houses
• Convert leads through consultative sales processes and consistent follow-up
• Oversee transactions from contract to close with full admin support
• Build long-term client relationships and personal business pipeline
• Learn and apply creative deal structures (cash offers, guaranteed sale, seller financing, etc.)

• Active Oregon and/or Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Full-time commitment to real estate as a career
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Coachable, accountable, and motivated to succeed
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Pay Range: $68,000 – $197,000+ annually (production-based)
• Top producers earn $120K–$170K+ in their first year
• Commission-based with bonus opportunities
• Flexible schedule with core Monday–Friday hours and some weekends
• Marketing, training, and admin resources included to accelerate your growth
