Customer Service & Sales Representative
Location:
Vancouver, WA Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift

What You'll Do- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order status.
- Process customer orders from quote through delivery with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs by asking thoughtful questions and recommending the best solutions.
- Prepare quotes and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Support the outside sales team with account management and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a relationship-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer trust.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day assisting customers over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer proficiency and experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in the commercial pipe industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn new products and processes
- Experience in industrial distribution, commercial pipe, plumbing, construction materials, or mechanical products.
- Previous inside sales or industrial customer service experience.
- Experience supporting both customers and outside sales teams.
