Call Center Sales Representative

Renuity is seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to connect homeowners with our home remodeling solutions, including bath, window, and door upgrades. In this fast-paced, phone-based role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, explain product benefits, and schedule in-home or virtual consultations. You'll follow scripts, update CRM records, and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and call metrics.

Working in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment, you'll collaborate with marketing and field teams to ensure a seamless homeowner experience and help drive company growth nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to engage homeowners interested in remodeling projects.
• Qualify leads using scripts and discovery questions to understand homeowner needs and project scope.
• Clearly explain Renuity's bath, window, door, and remodeling solutions and value proposition.
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for sales representatives and accurately confirm appointment details.
• Update and maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM system for every interaction.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for calls, conversions, and booked appointments.
• Follow compliant sales practices and call scripts while tailoring conversations to homeowner needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and customer service training to improve performance.
• Handle objections professionally, resolve basic customer concerns, and escalate complex issues when needed.
