Job Location : 11909 SE Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98684. Salary Range: $17.13 - $18.75 hourly. Full‑time & Part‑time. Hourly + Sales Bonuses.

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  Accruals are based on role classification and years of service.
