All Pro Security, a veteran-operated security company and listed on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a temporary event security supervisor for a motocross event in Washougal, Washington.

All Pro Security is seeking event security staff for a motocross event in Washougal. There are multiple roles, shifts and positions for this event. Event security experience and guard card is preferred but not required. This event is located at MX Park Washougal. The event will take place between the dates 07/19/26-07/26/26. Candidates with previous management experience are strongly preferred.

• Observe and report any escalating situations
• Crowd control
• Access control
• Bag checks
• Supervise security operations in a fast-paced environment
• Report incidents and ongoings to operations manager

Pay will be $22-$24/HR

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Guard cards are not required for this role.
• Management experience will get candidates ahead.
• Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Ability to meet grooming and professional appearance standards needed for client-facing positions.
• Candidates must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
