Restoration Specialist Paid Training

Purpose

Execute assigned restoration and insulation work safely, efficiently, and to quality standards by completing physical labor in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company expectations.

• Execute daily restoration and insulation work as assigned by management, including removal and installation of insulation, vapor barriers, vent covers, and related materials.
• Perform work in physically demanding environments such as attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, and elevated areas using ladders.
• Maintain safe working conditions at all job sites by following safety standards, procedures, and physical job requirements.
• Accurately follow job orders, sales contracts, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure work is completed as sold and scoped.
• Report to the branch location daily to clock in and out, work scheduled hours, and comply with overtime approval requirements.
• Support quality outcomes by completing work thoroughly with no shortcuts, prioritizing customer satisfaction and restoration standards.

• Complete =98% of scheduled service calls, as assigned.
• Maintain =90% accuracy in service documentation and compliance with control and exclusion standards.
• Achieve =70% positive customer satisfaction scores on post-service surveys.
• Respond to =95% of service delivery issues or escalations within 24 hours with zero repeat issues.
• Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents.

• Supports revenue realization by ensuring restoration work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Protects customer satisfaction and brand reputation through quality workmanship and adherence to sold scope.
• Enables operational scalability by reliably executing labor-intensive work that supports restoration and exclusion services.

• Physical Endurance & Reliability:
  Ability to perform repetitive physical labor, lift up to 50 lbs., bend frequently, and work in confined or elevated spaces.

  Follows work instructions, diagrams, and contracts precisely to ensure correct execution.
• Safety Mindset:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive bending, climbing, and physical labor daily.

• Experience performing insulation, vapor barrier installation, or restoration-related work.
• Familiarity with construction, home services, or field-based labor environments.
• Prior experience working from job scopes or sales contracts in a field setting.
