Shop Foreman – Heavy Equipment

C&E Rentals is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to step into a Shop Foreman role at the heart of our operation. This is a working foreman position where you will turn wrenches, solve problems, and keep the fleet running strong while guiding and supporting our shop team. • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel issues on a wide variety of construction equipment
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to keep our rental fleet in top shape
• Train and support other mechanics in the shop
• Help demonstrate equipment to customers and answer technical questions
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols
• Basic computer skills

• Three to five years of hands on mechanical experience with construction equipment is a big plus
• Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and provide your own tools
• A natural team leader with solid communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver s license and high school diploma or equivalent
