What you’ll tackle- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across residential HVAC/R systems
- Perform HVAC repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and HVAC maintenance
- Support HVAC service & installation projects with craftsmanship and safety
- Apply expert electrical troubleshooting and refrigerant handling
- Educate homeowners and present options with confidence; leverage your sales acumen
- $40.00+ per hour DOE, plus pension
- Medical, vision, dental benefits

- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Proven leadership and customer‑first mindset
- EPA certification; completion of an HVAC training program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and at heights
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with a smartphone and tablet
- Experience with Service Titan
- Journeyman’s License and/or OSHA 10‑Hour Certification
- Exposure to outside sales
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Exceptional communicator with strong customer service
- Critical thinker who enjoys troubleshooting and problem‑solving
- Comfortable recommending solutions that fit the homeowner’s needs
