Lead Plumber

United Water Services (UWSI) is looking for a
licensed WA plumber to serve as our
primary plumber and help us continue building out our plumbing and service side alongside our established water treatment business.

This role is ideal for an experienced residential service plumber who wants autonomy, stability, and respect for their trade
— without sales pressure, quotas, or chaos. You’ll be trusted to run service calls, support installs when needed, and play a key role in training and mentoring future apprentices as the service division grows.

This is not a rushed environment. You’ll help set standards, pass on good habits, and shape how the next generation of plumbers is brought up within UWSI.

• Residential service plumbing (water heaters, simple repairs, troubleshooting)
• Plumbing tie-ins and coordination on water treatment installs
• Service calls and preventative maintenance
• Helping establish best practices as the service division grows
• Occasional install support (not constant, no production grind)

• Commission-based
• Sales-driven or upsell-focused
• New construction only
• An apprentice or helper role
• A high‑pressure, high‑volume service shop

• Comfortable being the primary, customer‑facing plumber
