Greater Portland and Vancouver, WA 98682. Primarily residential service with exposure to light commercial work as needed.

• Diagnose, sell, and execute residential plumbing solutions from pipe repairs to fixture replacements and system upgrades.
• Install, service, and maintain plumbing systems and appliances while meeting local codes.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid repeat issues.
• Partner with homeowners, communicate timelines and pricing, and deliver top-tier service.
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations for future care.
• Support the development of apprentices and junior techs through on-the-job guidance.

• Journeyman Plumbing Licenses for Washington and Oregon.
• 3 plus years as a licensed journeyman with strong residential experience.
• Proven problem-solving ability; comfortable working solo or alongside a team.
• Strong people skills and professional communication.
• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment and work in diverse physical environments.
• Attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Skill set spanning general plumbing, wastewater treatment components, and shower enclosure installation.
