About the Role
Gold's Gym PNW is looking for a part-time Facilities Technician to help keep our Tigard, OR club running at a high level. This role requires flexibility to travel to our Vancouver, WA locations as needed. If you have hands-on fitness equipment experience and a solid maintenance background, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, active environment with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair fitness equipment - cardio, strength, and functional training machines
- Maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or services
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and communicate updates to management
- Support preventative maintenance programs across locations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance across multiple club locations - Travel to Vancouver, WA locations as needed
- Hands-on experience with commercial fitness equipment (required)
- Background in facility maintenance - HVAC, electrical, plumbing
- Pool maintenance and chemical balancing experience a plus
- Must have flexibility to travel to Vancouver, WA locations when needed
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- $21.00 – $28.00 per hour based on experience
