Position Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded, skilled tradesman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced across multiple trades who is comfortable working in occupied residential environments and delivering clean, high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform drywall installation, patching, and repairs

* Match and apply texture finishes seamlessly

* Complete interior painting and touch-ups

* Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, hardwood preferred)

* Perform finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, doors, cabinetry adjustments)

* Handle general repair tasks in residential settings

* Maintain clean and organized job sites, especially in occupied homes

* Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in drywall, texture, and paint repair

* Strong finish carpentry skills

* Flooring installation and repair experience

* General handyman or multi-trade background

* Experience working in occupied homes (highly preferred)

* Carpet repair or installation experience (a plus)

* Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
