Pay Range: $30 – $50 per hour, depending on skill set and experience
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Thursday daytime hours for a balanced work-life schedule.

- English speaking, Fluently Bilingual preferred
- 5+ years of proven related experience in landscaping or hardscaping.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive with a trailer.
- Non-smoking environment.
- Experience reading landscaping plans and designs.
- Paver installation and rock wall construction.
- Irrigation installation and backflow systems.
- Tree and shrub planting with plant identification.
- Experience with excavators, skid steers, and outdoor kitchens.
- Fence installation, carpentry for arbors, gazebos, and decks.
- Outdoor lighting, flagstone, concrete, and water features.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the project manager to review job sheets and design plans.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely.
- Transport materials and items to designated locations.
- Track materials received or distributed.
- Report to the project manager and ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites and production locations.
