• Maintain and repair complex irrigation systems for both commercial and residential customers.
• Understand basic pipe sizing and irrigation components and design.
• Repair and maintain valves, trace electrical components, and perform pump repairs.
• Spring start‑up.
• Mid‑season inspections.
• Winterization and blow‑out.
• Ability to visually identify hot spots and make proper adjustments.
• Install and/or repair controllers that operate irrigation systems.
• Inspect properties and generate reports to ensure the proper service.
• Make necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain all systems in proper working condition.

• Current driver’s license with good driving record.
• Self‑motivated, good work ethic, honest and dependable.

• 2 to 4 years as an Irrigation Technician.
• Experience with irrigation systems (manual and automated).
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Safety practices and principles related to field maintenance.
• Basic arithmetic and mathematics principles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain state’s and company eligibility.
• Must be able to work outside regardless of the conditions as long as safety standards are upheld.
• Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing approximately 50 lbs.
