Sign-On Bonus
$1,000 sign-on bonus is awarded to technicians holding an active pest control license. The bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment.
LocationVancouver, WA. Technicians operate from a company provided vehicle, traveling to and returning from service calls each day. Two office days per month are required for training and administrative tasks.
Position Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday‑Friday. Saturdays may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and ongoing maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork and literature.
- Devote full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor and the Company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal, written and in‑person communication skills.
- Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel, bend and move as necessary for the job.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results driven.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Pest control experience preferred but not required.
- Company vehicle provided upon route assignment.
- Company‑provided cellphone and devices or reimbursement.
- Company provided uniform.
