Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Installers & Service Technicians for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA
. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $28–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Install HVAC systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and rooftop units
• Lead system change‑outs and handle tenant improvement projects
• Perform commercial and new construction installations
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate, code‑compliant installations

Requirements:

• HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• EPA Certification preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
