Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Cabinet Installer role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a respected industry leader specializing in custom cabinetry and millwork solutions. Known for exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, they take pride in delivering high-quality installations for residential and commercial projects while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install custom cabinets, countertops, trim, and related millwork components according to project specifications and blueprints.
  • Measure and verify installation locations to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure projects are completed accurately.
  • Make adjustments and modifications on-site as needed to achieve a professional finished product.
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Load, unload, and transport cabinets and materials to installation sites.
  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Report any project concerns, material shortages, or installation issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous cabinet installation, finish carpentry, woodworking, or related construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measurements accurately.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
