HVAC Journeyman

Position: HVAC Journeyman

Location: Vancouver, WA (Serving the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Lead and manage a designated team of HVAC technicians.
• Oversee job sites and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Perform preventative maintenance, service, and installations as needed.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accountability.

• Commercial Package Units
• Heat Pumps
• VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems
• Hydronic Systems
• HVAC Controls
• Boilers and Chillers (highly preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leadership experience and ability to manage technicians
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Type II Certification
• Electrical License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
