Job Overview

Maintenance Mechanic at JLL responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems, ensuring smooth operation of client facilities.

• Execute preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and due diligence assessments.
• Perform general interior maintenance tasks such as furniture assembly, fixture installations, and minor repairs.
• Maintain HVAC components, including cleaning coils, replacing filters and belts, and changing lighting fixtures.
• Use Corrigo CMMS to document work and update work order statuses in real time.
• Support operations with equipment moves, furniture relocation, and other assigned tasks while maintaining safety practices.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including daily P-card receipt submission, vehicle safety inspections, and escalation of issues to customers and management.

• High school diploma or equivalent with valid third-party certification in facility maintenance or related technical field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in general building repair and maintenance, with skills in basic plumbing and electrical systems.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record and ability to operate vehicles safely for extended periods.

• Experience using CMMS platforms such as Corrigo.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with building occupants.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, local building codes, and hazardous materials handling.
• Experience with facility inspections and documentation for client reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a maintenance team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights up to 30 ft on ladders, and perform bending, kneeling, stooping, and overhead work.
• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and variable weather.

Location: On-site – Vancouver, WA

Compensation: $60,320.00 per year (estimate)
