What You'll Be Doing
- Assist experienced installers with residential HVAC system installations
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and related equipment
- Support ductwork installation and job site preparation
- Load materials and maintain organized work vehicles and job sites
- Learn proper safety procedures, installation practices, and tool usage
- Work on residential replacement, new construction, and light commercial projects
- Develop the skills needed to eventually run installations independently
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Construction, warehouse, automotive, or trade experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Interest in building a long-term career in the trades
