• Execute preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and due diligence assessments.
• Perform general interior maintenance tasks including furniture assembly, door adjustments, fixture installations, picture hanging, and keyboard tray mounting.
• Maintain HVAC system components, cleaning coils, replacing filters and belts, and changing lighting fixtures.
• Use the Corrigo CMMS system to document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Support operations with equipment moves, furniture relocation, and other assigned tasks while maintaining safe work practices.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including daily P‑card receipt submission, vehicle safety inspections, and escalation of issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent with valid third‑party certification in facility maintenance or related technical field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Experience using CMMS platforms such as Corrigo.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with building occupants.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, local building codes, and hazardous materials handling.
• Experience performing facility inspections and documenting building conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights up to 30 ft, and perform frequent climbing, bending, and overhead work.
• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions including extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and variable weather.
