You’re the go-to person for maintenance. Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You ensure homes are spotless and ready for move‑in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

• Preferred schedule:
  Sunday-Thursday

• Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping

The compensation range for this role is $19 - $22 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
