Finished Carpenter Role in Vancouver, WA

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Finished Carpenter role in Vancouver, WA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and finish cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, windows, and other detailed woodwork according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate installation and completion of projects.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Perform final finishing work, ensuring all installations meet company and client standards.
  • Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Identify and report material shortages, project concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Assist with additional carpentry and construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Finish Carpenter required.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, trim installation, cabinetry, and finish work.
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
