• Perform HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups on residential systems
• Assist with inspecting and testing heating and cooling equipment
• Learn how to diagnose common HVAC issues alongside senior technicians
• Clean and service furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps
• Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Complete service notes and basic documentation
• Follow safety procedures and company service standards

• HVAC school, trade school, or some hands‑on mechanical/HVAC experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
