Pay: $30.00 – $33.50/hour

Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a structural fabrication environment. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency across the facility.

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on fabrication equipment, including presses, saws, and CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• Inspect equipment and replace or rebuild components as needed to maintain performance
• Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain accurate maintenance documentation

• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
• Understanding of AC/DC systems and basic electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of electrical conductors, sizing, and routing
• Able to work independently and within a small team
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs as needed

• Structural fabrication shop setting

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
