Pay: $30.00 – $33.50/hour
Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a structural fabrication environment. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency across the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on fabrication equipment, including presses, saws, and CNC machines
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Inspect equipment and replace or rebuild components as needed to maintain performance
- Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
- Understanding of AC/DC systems and basic electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of electrical conductors, sizing, and routing
- Able to work independently and within a small team
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs as needed
- Structural fabrication shop setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
