Schedule:
Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment, including presses, saws, CNC machines, and other production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect, replace, rebuild, and maintain machine components to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Assist with machinery installation, setup, troubleshooting, and relocation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while supporting a safe work environment.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
- Structural steel fabrication facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
