What You'll Do

• A Senior HVAC Technician leads complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to complex industrial systems.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair:
  Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  Supporting junior technicians, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Managing central plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and energy efficiency for large properties.
• Client Communication:
  Interacting directly with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend system upgrades
• Represent Entek with professionalism, customer-first mindset, and urgency on every job

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience
• EPA 608 Certification & WA 06A license (required)
• NATE & factory training on major equipment brands are highly preferred.
• Advanced start-up, warranty, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems
• Deep knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigerant handling, brazing/welding, and HVAC software/controls.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
