Overview

Pay Range: Earn Up To $80K A Year!

Compensation Breakdown
  • Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per Hour plus bonus
  • Annual Range:
    Up To $80K
Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a spray technician or related field role
  • Ability to safely operate spray equipment and standard hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work full‑time in outdoor and physically demanding environments
  • Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • A Valid driver’s license is required
Responsibilities
  • Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, pre‑emergents, post‑emergents, and other turf and landscape treatments
  • Promote healthy lawns and effective weed control while complying with all state and environmental regulations
  • Perform spray applications according to project specifications and quality standards
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain spray equipment, tools, and machinery
  • Prepare job sites, materials, and surfaces prior to application
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment or application issues
  • Follow assigned schedules and meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite
  • Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as needed
