Pay Range: Earn Up To $80K A Year!
Compensation Breakdown- Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per Hour plus bonus
- Annual Range:
Up To $80K
- Full-Time
- 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday

- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a spray technician or related field role
- Ability to safely operate spray equipment and standard hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work full‑time in outdoor and physically demanding environments
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures
- A Valid driver’s license is required
- Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, pre‑emergents, post‑emergents, and other turf and landscape treatments
- Promote healthy lawns and effective weed control while complying with all state and environmental regulations
- Perform spray applications according to project specifications and quality standards
- Operate, inspect, and maintain spray equipment, tools, and machinery
- Prepare job sites, materials, and surfaces prior to application
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment or application issues
- Follow assigned schedules and meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as needed
