We are seeking a talented and reliable Carpenter Assistant to join our team and contribute to high-quality construction projects. • Perform small to medium carpentry repairs on homes and businesses remodeling projects
• Carry out demolition work as directed by the Project Manager
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
• Assist in managing daily schedules and project timelines
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and customers about job progress

• Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience
• Willing to learn and grow your skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check and eligible to work in the USA

• Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

• Competitive pay: $18 - $30 per hour depending on experience
