$33-$42/hour Depending on Experience | Full-Time | Full Benefits

What You'll Be Doing
  • Complete HVAC installations in newly constructed residential homes
  • Install duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and drain lines
  • Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and ventilation equipment
  • Install thermostats and low-voltage wiring
  • Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation
  • Read construction drawings and mechanical layouts
  • Work closely with builders and other trades to meet construction schedules
  • Identify and resolve installation issues before project completion

    Follow all safety requirements and installation standards
  • Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Three or more years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Strong experience with residential new construction projects
  • The ability to complete both rough-in and finish phases of installation
  • Experience reading blueprints and construction plans
  • Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment installation and airflow principles
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
