Ellington Mechanical is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Installation & Service Technician to manage a 50/50 split of installation and service across commercial and multifamily properties in the DC/MD area. You will take complete ownership of systems—from installation and piping to startup, commissioning, and long-term troubleshooting.
You will read mechanical plans, perform brazing with nitrogen, evacuations, and refrigerant charging, and diagnose complex issues with minimal supervision.
