Victim Witness Coordinator Job Opening – Asotin, WA

Under the direction of the Prosecuting Attorney, this vital role administers and coordinates the Victim/Witness Program, providing essential support to crime victims and ensuring their rights are protected throughout the legal process.
As a Victim Witness Coordinator, you will assist all members of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in following policy and Washington state code regarding the guidelines and laws set out for crime victims. Your responsibilities will include working closely with victims, offering guidance, and helping them navigate the complexities of the legal system. This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
Training or experience working with victims, as well as specialized training in domestic violence, sexual assault, or related issues, is highly valued and will help you excel in this role.
Asotin County offers a competitive starting wage of $19.99 per hour for this at‑will, non‑bargaining unit position.
