Cook Position

Position: 3 Hour Cook Position 1 Year Only
Qualifications:

Minimum of high school diploma;
Kitchen experience is preferred, and ability to obtain a food handlers card within 30 days of employment. Ability to work independently with little supervision; be known for fast and efficient work skills, ability to work in a hot, cold, noisy environment; ability to cooperate in a team effort with other employees, ability to relate to students and building staff, can effectively work with students on responsible behaviors.

Physical requirements / environmental conditions:
Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 lbs.; requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning and reaching; requires climbing and balancing;
Employment will require a state and federal fingerprint background check at the employee’s expense. Must use district provided email, access accommodations can be made.
