Software Engineer, Tik Tok Business Integrity

• Build highly scalable systems including ad fraud detection, risk control, and ads integrity systems to improve Tik Tok users' experiences with ads across the platform.
• Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and other key stakeholders to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering viewpoint.
• Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speed and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms; proficient in at least one programming language including but not limited to Go, Java, C++, Python.
• Solid programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Deep understanding in one of the following domains: ad fraud detection, risk control, quality control, business integrity, and online advertising systems.
• Deep knowledge in feature engineering and machine learning infrastructure.
