ABOUT THE JOB

Domino's Pizza is hiring drivers to staff stores in your area. We offer a flexible schedule with hours that can accommodate school, other jobs, or personal commitments. Whether it’s a hobby, main job, or supplemental work, there are opportunities for growth within the company.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver products to customers as needed, including door-to-door delivery and driving tasks.

Orientation and on-the-job training provided. All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum wage;
Washington state rate is $16.66 per hour. Credit card and cash tips plus partial mileage reimbursement are paid per shift. Hourly pay is issued biweekly by check or direct deposit.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and average at least 32 hours per week. For questions about benefits, contact HR.

All scheduled hours depend on store needs and employee availability. All positions are part-time unless stated otherwise. There is potential to move to full-time as hours permit and with training and reliability.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions; communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone.
• Ability to interact respectfully with people across cultures and backgrounds.

• Basic math and monetary change accuracy; ability to use a calculator.
• Verbal and written communication; computer or touchscreen order entry.
• Eye-hand coordination; ability to handle products and use tools (pizza cutter, pizza peel).
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings.

Exposure to varying weather, kitchen temperatures from cool to hot, odors, cornmeal dust, and crowded work areas. May work near hot ovens and moving equipment; some tasks involve lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs.

• Ability to talk and hear clearly; near and mid-range vision; depth and color differentiation as needed for tasks.
• Standing for most tasks; walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, crouching, climbing as required by duties.
• Driving required for delivery within designated area; valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.

You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills and the ability to navigate adverse terrain (including multi-story buildings) are required.
