Class A Drivers Earn $109K-$135K+/YR Home Weekly (Full Time)

Job OverviewClass A drivers with at least six months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last year run a dedicated account that pays hourly (including OT) with a weekly average of $2100-$2500+/WK. Drivers get home every week for a minimum of 34 hours for reset.
Responsibilities- Paid hourly for the entire time they are on the clock.
- Pay structure: 6–48 months of experience—base rate $29–$30.50/hr and OT rate $43.50–$45.75/hr; 48+ months—base rate $31/hr and OT rate $46.50/hr.
- Make deliveries to stores in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Northern Utah, and Western Montana. Each trailer is preloaded; at the store drivers unload boxes onto the conveyor belt. When the products are on the conveyor, the store personnel take them off the conveyor and put them into inventory. Drivers are done once the boxes are on the conveyor.
- Take the truck home for a 34‑hour reset. Drivers are home weekly, but not on weekends.
- Complete 2–5 days of training on the account and be paid hourly during training.
- Benefits begin after 60 days and include PTO, Medical, Dental, Life insurance, and more.
- Must have 6 months or more of verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 24 months.
- May not have more than 2 Class A driving jobs in the last year.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 3 years.
- In the last three years may not have any inattentive or careless driving violations.
- In the last five years may not have any reckless or leaving the scene of an accident violations.
- No preventable accidents in the last 5 years in which there was an injury or rollover, including personal vehicle accidents.
- No more than three preventable accidents in the last 3 years as long as they meet the above requirements. A police report must be provided for all accidents in the last five years.
- Those terminated from their last two jobs are not eligible; termination for stolen goods also disqualifies. Others will be reviewed.
- All Class A felonies must be over 10 years and will be reviewed.
- Any failed or refused DOT drug test disqualifies one from employment.
