We haul mail for the United States Postal Service. A majority of our freight is dedicated, round‑trip. Drivers operate between postal facilities and/or relay points and may be required to load and unload the trailer, either individually or with the assistance of dock workers, with or without mechanical freight‑handling equipment.

Home time: Home daily, Home every other day, Home weekly, or (OTR) out for a few weeks.

Pay: Hourly ($17.80–$22.70 per hour / additional H&W hourly after 90 days) or Mileage pay, depending on the load.

Benefits: Eligible after 90 days and include BC/BS health insurance, dental, vision, short‑term disability. We also offer 10 paid holidays, holiday “banking,” paid vacation, direct deposit payroll (bi‑weekly). B&B Trucking provides $15,000 of life insurance for free, with additional life up to $60,000 guaranteed and optional dependent life. We also offer a 401(k).

Equipment: Most trucks are 5 years old or newer, mainly Volvos with a handful of internationals. Governed at 68 MPH. Majority of trucks have APUs and refrigerators. 95% automatics, 5% manuals with either super singles or duels.
