Account Logistics Coordinator
At Life Couriers, we deliver time‑critical diagnostics and therapies to help patients. An Account Logistics Coordinator ensures products reach consumers on time by overseeing dispatching, warehouse operations, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Notifying clients well in advance of potential late deliveries.
- Building routes and recurring orders in TMS.
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
- Monitoring driver electronic logs, driver scorecards, and E‑log hardware.
- Covering routes if needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Sunday: Off
- Every other Monday: Off
- Every other Saturday: Off
- Tuesday through Friday: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight)
- Early Shift: Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for two consecutive weeks
- Late Shift: Approximately 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM for the following two consecutive weeks
The early/late shift rotation repeats on an ongoing basis to ensure coverage across operating hours. Shift times may vary slightly based on business needs. Flexibility in availability is essential, as adjustments may be required to meet operational demands. Further information will be discussed during the interviewing process.
Compensation$45K – $50K annually
Skills Required- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel.
- Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties.
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.
- Able to work under stress in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work on site at customer's work location.
- Primarily sedentary.
- Possible exposure to extreme hot or cold weather elements when outside or driving.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; higher levels of education are also acceptable.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- Has a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the previous 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
