Skyline is a growing family-owned company that has been supplying logistical needs for over 16 years, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our team.

As a Dispatcher at Skyline, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, booking loads for trucks across all states. You'll be the vital link between our drivers and customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods while maximizing our fleet's productivity.

• Book and coordinate freight loads for our trucks across all states
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
• Assist in customer service and problem-solving

• Previous experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry standards
