We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Specialist to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in excellent condition.

• Receiving and Inspection
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the relevant departments.
  • Unload, unpack, and store products in their appropriate locations in the warehouse.
• Inventory Management
  • Accurately manage inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts, stock-taking, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Update inventory management systems with real-time data on stock levels, movement, and adjustments.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of products for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and company standards.
  • Verify orders for accuracy and ensure they are properly packed to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to arrange timely dispatch of orders.
• Warehouse Organization and Maintenance
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow.
  • Regularly inspect warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to ensure proper functioning and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Shipping and Documentation
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and methods to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Prepare and print shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.
  • Track and monitor the status of outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and equipment handling.
  • Conduct routine safety checks to ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards.
  • Identify potential hazards and report or resolve them promptly to avoid accidents.

• Experience as a Warehouse Specialist, Warehouse Worker, or similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Experience using inventory management software and systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, or similar tools).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to [Insert weight limit], if applicable).
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.

• Equipment such as Forklift, Pallet Jacks, etc. certification or experience is a plus.
