About the work:
  • We are currently hiring for our 1st shift (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
  • Lead daily shipping/receiving operations and assign tasks to team members.
  • Schedule and prepare LTL, UPS, Fed Ex, and international shipments.
  • Verify shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices).
  • Operate forklifts for pallet handling and truck loading/unloading.
  • Build and prep pallets/crates for domestic and international transit.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and packaging standards.
  • Track incoming shipments and inspect deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience; prior team lead or supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Forklift certified, or willing to become certified.
  • Proficient with shipping software and general computer use.
  • Strong understanding of LTL freight and documentation.
  • Basic crate and pallet building skills.
  • Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Legally eligible for employment in this country.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Starting wage from $24.00-$28.00/hour.
  • Uniform program.
