Automotive Warehouse Assistant - Vancouver, WA | Mighty Auto Parts

The Warehouse Associate supports the daily operations of the Mighty warehouse andassistswith the overall flow of products and materials throughout the business. This position is responsible forhelpingmaintainan accurate, organized, clean, and efficient warehouse while supporting deliveries and other operational needs as required.

Warehouse Assistant Compensation  and Benefits:

Warehouse Assistant Competitive Salary : $20 per hour.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the warehouse.

• Pull customer orders accurately and double-check orders before they are shipped or delivered.

• Receive andcheck in incoming freight, verifying products and quantities against packing slips.

• Put away incoming freight in the proper locations andmaintainorganized inventory.

• Stock and organize warehouse shelves and inventory locations.

• Perform regular bin counts to helpmaintainaccurateinventory records.

• Prepare products and orders for customer delivery.

• Make occasional local deliveries as needed.

• Safely load and unload products and materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Assist with product returns, damaged or short shipments, and other inventory-related activities.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.

• Assist other departments and team members as needed.

• Be willing to perform a variety of tasks necessary to keep the warehouse and businessoperatingefficiently.

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operating standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, delivery, inventory, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Organized and able tomaintainan orderly work environment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness toassistwherever needed and take on a variety of responsibilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.

• Valid driver's license.

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, asrequiredfor the position.

• Ability to safelyoperatea company vehicle and make local deliveries when needed.

• Ability to read and understand packing slips, order documents, product labels, and basic inventory information.

• Basic computer skillsare preferred.

• Regularly lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift regularly.

• Safely load and unload products.

• Perform repetitive physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.

Work Environment

The Warehouse Associate primarily works in a warehouse and distribution environment and may occasionallyoperatea company vehicle for local deliveries. The position may involve exposure to varying temperatures, warehouse equipment, automotive products, and normal warehouse noise.
