Joseph Airport Hyundai is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-volume Hyundai service department. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service.

• Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates.
• Communicate repair status and completion timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Automotive dealership experience, especially with import brands, is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds and X-Time helpful.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
