• Drive compliance in all FTZ processes for our Ohio and Nevada DC facilities.
• Manage daily admissions, withdrawals, and transfers in compliance with CBP regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with DC teams on forecasting, variance analysis and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate, electronic inventory records for zone-to-zone transfers.
• Track FTZ-related filings and audits with CBP, brokers, and internal teams; prepare and submit appropriate Customs documents.
• Provide training and serve as the primary point of contact for FTZ site-related inquiries. Act as the primary contact for CBP, FTZ Boards, and logistics partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• 5+ years’ experience in FTZ operations.
• Experience with Customs compliance or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
• Experience with FTZ software systems, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Salary or Pay Range: $88,000 - $98,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
