Locationand Pay
This Customer Experience Representative position is located at Dayton International Airport (DAY) – 3350 Valet Dr., Vandalia, OH 45377. The pay starts at $19 per hour.

- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- Use company‑approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
- Offer additional assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and relevant service information.
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide resolutions for customers, other branches, and vendors.
- Make outbound calls for callback management and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Assess rental condition upon return and notify management of any customer or vehicle issues requiring maintenance.
- Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on‑job training, and participate in company‑sponsored classroom training.
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain a reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents within the last three years.
- No alcohol or drug‑related conviction on driving record within the last five years.
