We’re looking for a Senior Sustaining & Product Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on product excellence and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll lead design enhancements, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product performance, manufacturability, and lifecycle reliability. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, cost optimization, and data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting and improving manufactured products
- Strong CAD/design background
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems (preferred)
- Proven problem-solving and project management skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
