Work location:
Onsite in Vandalia, Ohio
Hours: M-F, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 contract

Position description:
- As an Aircraft Inspector IV, you will lead inspection teams and oversee complex inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.
- You will also develop inspection protocols and contribute to process improvements.

- Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections.
- Develop and implement inspection protocols.
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of findings.
- Address and resolve significant compliance issues.
- Lead training and mentorship programs for junior inspectors.
- Conduct periodic audits of maintenance processes.
- Complete on-aircraft inspections to include avionics and structures.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and parts.
- Thorough understanding and experience with the practical application of product audit and inspection processes and procedures.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Thoroughly familiar with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of aviation products after maintenance.
- Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
