We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals struggling with mental health disorders. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to support clients on their path to mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in behavioral health care.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Active Ohio licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or Psychologist (or working toward independent licensure).
  • Experience providing mental health therapy to individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a residential, outpatient, or community mental health setting.
