** We are looking for a SPL who enjoys making a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking a licensed SLP to provide high quality speech therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care.

** Responsibilities
* ** Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other disciplines of the healthcare team
* Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations
** Qualifications
* ** Current Ohio SLP license
* Current CPR and/or BLS certification
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Home health experience is preferred, but not required
